third floor is completed; steel railings and brackets are bolted
to the exterior at the 2nd floor. The forms for the 4th floor are in
place as the forms for the roof advance forward.

12:45pm Railings (primary support and secondary) are attached to
the south east exterior of the building; interior brick wall of the
loading dock is completed. Work on HVAC (heating, ventilation,
air-conditioning) ducting continues.

Plastic sheeting encloses the fourth-floor to control the temperature
of the drying concrete. The primary and secondary railings
attached to the exterior are visible better.
