Project areas:
We are looking for motivated and experienced researchers and developers to work
on the R&D of state-of-the-art theories, algorithms and applications in
information/signal processing, pattern classification, machine learning, search
and retrieval. We are also building software systems with innovative commercial
applications as well as conducting cutting edge research.

Position Descriptions:
Postdoctoral Research Positions
Postdoctoral researchers are expected to work on theoretical
and algorithm research and development in related areas, and to supervise
student research assistants when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D.
degree in either Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics,
Physics, Economics or Finance
- Solid
background in either applied mathematics (linear algebra, probability and
statistics), information/signal/image/video processing, pattern
classification, machine learning, search and retrieval, or finance; keen
interests in developing innovative algorithms in one or more of these
areas.
- Successful
and proven track record in algorithm development OR proved track record on high quality publications
- Highly
motivated and dedicated to excellence.
- Extensive
programming experience in C/C++, Java is a plus.
- Experience
with GPU, parallel programming is a plus

Ph.D. Student Research Assistants

Assistants
- Qualifications
for graduate students currently enrolled in a university are the same as
for regular student research assistants. The time period will be project-based.
TOEFL is not required for international visiting students.
